Creating new recipes for a more delicious you

Poached Egg over Grilled Hubbard Squash
Finding new and creative ways to nourish your body can be surprising delicious after finding out the standard American food is basically the core of why you feel - terrible.

Pairing food together that you normally turn your nose up to can be a real adventure for your taste buds rewarding for your waist line too. 

One of my new savory morning delights:
1 egg
2 c chopped squash
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp fresh grated Parmesan
1 tsp fresh grated mozzarella
 Johnnys seasoning to taste

1 perfectly poached egg over 2 cups of grilled seared Hubbard squash with a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese and a teaspoon of mozzarella in a teaspoon of butter.
